185. | Morning meditation

Actually, I don’t just do this guided meditation in the morning.

I love it so much that I almost always take it out when I feel like someone would gently hold my hand during the meditation.

This meditation was made by Eszter Mulholland.

The morning meditation can be found on her YouTube channel. Or, you can visit her website if you need her professional help.

I was with her, I wrote about it eight months ago in the post “On the way to my subconscious”.

I think of Eszter with gratitude and I think of the Rapid Transformational Therapy we did together every day, because I hear her voice in this meditation almost every day.

I love this material so much that I decided to make an English version of it too.

To do this, I first had to write down the text.

I didn’t leave this to AI – I typed it out word for word, because it was important to deepen the significance of the work in myself.

Since I think it’s great material, I’m sharing the text here. It’s also very strong in writing.

Regardless, I encourage you to use the audio version.

Every day.
Every morning.

I’ve already experienced that it works and I’m ready to start the day with joy.

A few tips before you listen and read

  • This meditation will be easy if you just do it. You don’t need anything! Enjoy it with ease – the sound will guide you.
  • You don’t have to pay attention to your breathing, just be natural.
  • When you hear about deep breathing, try belly breathing, but it’s okay if you don’t know exactly what it is.
  • When you exhale, just let the air come out. You don’t have to blow it out – do it however you feel like.
  • At the end, I put my palms on my face and open my eyes behind my closed fingers. It feels friendly to touch myself, and the light is gentler.
  • Do a big stretch at the end.
  • And be very proud of yourself. You gave yourself 10 important minutes.

Good morning!

I am glad that you are taking the next 10 minutes for yourself and starting your day with inner peace and ease.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes and let your body relax and rest.
Your inner focus gives you peace.
And therefore, it is possible that you will wander and thoughts will start flowing through you.
You accept them with understanding and see them as clouds floating in the sky that appear and then move on.
You do not have to do anything, just let everything happen by itself.
You are open to having your day start in the most wonderful way possible.
And by letting your thoughts in, you give them space to support and help you throughout the rest of the day.

Take a deep breath through your nose and then slowly exhale through your mouth.
Focus on your body and your sensations.
Notice that as you exhale, a sense of relaxation permeates you.
As you breathe deeply, your body becomes heavier with each exhalation.
Your jaw drops, your shoulders drop, your facial muscles smooth out, and your limbs relax.
Breathe evenly and surrender to the feeling of calm.

Feel the peace within you, where your true self is.
You are here now!
You are safe!
And it feels wonderful to be at peace, to be connected to your inner self.

And now, as you inhale, see positive light energy entering your body through the top of your head with the fresh air.
As you exhale, the light energy creeps down your spine, filling and filling your body as it goes.
You inhale the positive energy, which as you exhale moves lower and lower in your body.
You can imagine that light energy is flowing down on you from a showerhead, washing away all the stagnant or negative energy from the previous day or night.
You inhale calmness, ease, and exhale stress and difficulties.
With each inhalation, positive energy fills your body with peace and tranquility.

I ask you to hear the following thoughts and feel and experience their message.
You accept them because you feel how wonderful they affect you.

I am grateful for this new day.
I am balanced and calm.
Today gives me the opportunity to do new things.
I am grateful for my life.
I know that everything happens to me for a reason.
I am exactly where I need to be in my life.
I am valuable.
I am good just the way I am.
I love and trust myself.
I believe in myself and my abilities.
I believe and know that everything that happens to me is a learning process.
I deserve success and love.
My life is full of joy.
I shape my life.
I have the ability to create the most wonderful life for myself.
I am calm and safe.
I believe in myself and love who I am.
I have everything within me to be successful and happy.
My life is wonderful and valuable.
I am ready to have an exceptional day.
I am ready to live my greatness.

And you feel the strength, the positive energy, to start your wonderful day.
And you know that everything you experience, that may challenge you, shows how great you are.
You are grateful for everything that surrounds you, because through it you get to know yourself.
You become more and more in tune with this energy.
And you radiate strength, positivity, love and gratitude.
This energy is always with you, and regardless of the outside world, you can activate the peace within you at any time.
You shape your life.
You have the ability to create the most wonderful life for yourself.

Now take a deep breath, then slowly let it out.
And you are ready to start the day with joy.
Open your eyes and have a beautiful day!

  • The original text is read more slowly by Eszter, but the sentences are formed a little faster in the English version.
  • This makes the English version more airy.
  • At first, this was strange to me, but I left it as it is: I think this makes the concentration requirement of the meditation a little higher.
