I’m Steve, the author of the digital nomad blog.
The digital nomad lifestyle (see the definition on Wikipedia: digital nomad) is not a trend for me – it’s a way of living. Being on the road, being present, connecting – this is what my stories are about.
I love it when a system finally works.
When a website isn’t just beautiful, but fast, thoughtful, and stable.
When an Excel sheet doesn’t simply display numbers but drives entire processes.
And most of all, I love the moment when someone says: “This is exactly what I needed.”
Because for me, what truly matters is finding a solution to your problem – one that not only works technically, but also adds real meaning and flow to your everyday work.
That’s why I focus on fields where logic, structure, and the human aspect meet: website development, ERP implementation, process optimization, and efficiency automation.
I consider myself a business IT specialist – a bridge between information technology and economics.
I’ve spent more than twenty-five years in the manufacturing industry, where I took part in the implementation of custom-developed, IFS, Vectory, QAD, and SAP systems, mainly as a project manager, while also building controlling systems and leading IT teams.
At the same time, my creative side has always been present.
For more than two decades, I’ve been developing WordPress-based websites and custom solutions built with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, or VBA.
I love when design and functionality don’t just coexist, but actually enhance one another.
If needed, I write plugins, integrate systems, or automate processes – always with the mindset that the outcome shouldn’t just work, it should feel good to use.
Having worked in so many different fields, I’ve become a truly versatile professional: someone who quickly sees the big picture, connects the dots, and brings multiple perspectives toward one shared goal.
I’m not a classic specialist – but that’s precisely my strength.
I can see both the structure and the people within it. In recent years, the human side of my work has become increasingly important.
With business and life coach certifications, I’ve learned to look at projects differently: behind every process, system, or organizational change, there’s always a person – their intent, their fears, and their need for collaboration.
That’s why I believe good systems don’t just process data – they connect people.
If I had to summarize it briefly: I solve complex problems, in a human way.
I enjoy working on projects where strategy, logic, and creativity meet – and where the result is something that finally works, exactly as it was meant to.
As a Digital Nomad
Over the past few years, I’ve consciously transformed my life – today, I live and work as a digital nomad.
For me, this is more than a lifestyle; it’s a philosophy – a balance between freedom, responsibility, and continuous learning.
I believe technology doesn’t isolate us – it connects us: people, ideas, and cultures, wherever we are in the world.
Being a digital nomad, for me, means being able to create value from anywhere – and inspiring others to step beyond their comfort zones.
I work with the same precision and commitment as before – only now, the horizon sometimes holds the sea, sometimes the mountains, and sometimes a new city filled with new stories.
I’m open to remote collaborations – both in employment and freelance forms.
I love joining projects where technical knowledge, human understanding, and creativity come together – whether it’s web development, ERP implementation, process design, or digital consulting.
My Mission
I believe that technology only matters when it stays human.
That’s why I shape the future of work with both technology and empathy.
As a digital nomad, I bring structure to chaos, from anywhere in the world.
I build bridges between systems, people, and cultures – creating solutions that both work and inspire.
My goal to make work – and life – better, everywhere, for everyone.
