Only two months left until I board the Nomad Cruise in Marseille, as I wrote in my post “Nomad Cruise 14 – I’m going on a cruise”. Now I didn’t receive news about the cruise, but about a team search. If I hadn’t experienced “Synchronicity” countless times in the past months, I would still be able to say that I believe in fate. I thought I saw this in this letter too.
The moment I started reading the letter, I already felt a huge enthusiasm inside me. I immediately thought how great it would be to work in this team! How exciting it would be to work with those who are literally the flagship of the digital nomad lifestyle!

Head of Parterships (remote, full time)
Grow the Nomad Cruise movement through meaningful connections and creative collaborations.
Nomad Cruise is looking for a dynamic and people-first Head of Partnerships to lead the way in growing our affiliate and creator programs, build strong relationships with aligned communities, and help spread the Nomad Cruise spirit to the world.
This is a full-time, remote role ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, loves relationship-building, and wants to contribute to a brand that brings digital nomads together through unforgettable shared experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Scale and manage our affiliate & referral program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and aligned digital nomad communities
- Develop brand and community partnerships that align with our mission
- Ensure all partners feel supported and empowered to promote Nomad Cruise
- Lay the foundation for a future partnerships team as the department grows
- Collaborate closely with our marketing and community teams
- Experiment with new growth ideas like ambassador programs or co-marketing initiatives
- Define and track KPIs to measure partnership success

- A strong communicator and natural connector
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, creator/influencer management, or community building

- Familiarity with tools like Airtable and Notion, or a quick learner
