A brief summary of how I feel and where I have been over the past four months.

Instead of the word self-knowledge, I would like to use the term self-construction. The first suggests completion, while the other suggests being on the path.

A philosophical writing. There is faith, question, maybe solution. I have no experience in this kind of writing, but this writing also wanted to be born.

Interesting thoughts from an unknown person. The reason I like his thoughts is because I’m on the same wavelength. This proves that I like mine toughts too.

The film The Wisdom of Trauma summarizes all the knowledge and experience that Gábor Máté has gathered about the nature of trauma over the past decades.

Fear statement instead of goal statement. Sounds weird. Why do we even want to deal with fear? Wouldn’t it be easier to avoid it?
